For all other items, to be eligible for an exchange or store credit as described below, the merchandise must be returned unworn, intact and must be accompanied with the Return Form and a copy of the original receipt. Please note that www.cielfashion.com is not responsible for theand Handling cost of returned items via mail.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

If any item, other than FINAL SALE merchandise, purchased at www.cielfashion.com fails to meet your expectations:
- It may be returned to www.cielfashion.com mailing address (see below) for an exchange or store credit towards your next purchase.

Please note that all defective item(s) are subject to inspection. - It may be returned to www.cielfashion.com mailing address for an exchange or store credit towards your next purchase. To ensure proper processing, download the Return Form and indicate the return code for the item(s), either "defective" or "shipped ". If defective, describe the defect and if you would like a different item or store credit, please indicate it on the "notes" section. Upon inspection, if item(s) is deemed defective or wrong item(s) shipped, an exact replacement, if available, will be shipped to you free of charge. If your exact replacement is out of stock, we will process a refund back to the same form as the original order payment method.
